Shipping Policy

If you choose in-hospital pick up at our Chatham-Kent Veterinary Hospital 332 Grand Ave. East Chatham, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.  You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.

If you choose home delivery and you think you may not be home to receive your order, which will be delivered by Loomis-Express, here is what you need to do:

Using the tracking number contained in your email, click the link provided and contact Loomis to schedule your delivery.  You will find a toll-free customer service number on the tracking page.  If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the shipping company will make one more attempt the following day.  Should the second attempt fail, the shipping company will hold the order and await instruction.

Please note that the clinic will charge you for the additional cost of delivery if the driver has to return for delivery (i.e. if you were absent or unable to answer), or if you choose to change the delivery address after the first delivery attempt.


Important COVID-19 Update

Currently at this time we are open, and we are still available to see our medical patients.  In order to keep our community and staff as safe as possible  however, we will be practicing "hands free" appointments. Our hospital doors will be locked, but we will have a team member meet you outside and bring your pet into the clinic and pet parents will be asked to standby for a phone consultation with the veterinarian.  We anticipate most appointments to take 30 minutes.  Please contact us for further information.
