Cancellation Policy

At CK Vets our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. We have implemented an appointment/ cancellation policy which enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients’ needs.

• Appointment Cancellation: Please be courteous and call our clinic promptly if you are unable to attend your appointment; we request that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Available appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation notice will give another patient the opportunity to make use of your allotted time. A fee of $50 will be charged for any missed appointments without notice. In cases of extraordinary circumstances that do not allow one day advance notice, the clinic still appreciates to be informed about the missed appointment. After a second cancellation of less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to ask for all future appointments to be paid in full and in advance.

• No Show Policy: A “no show” is an appointment missed without advance notice. A failure to present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in the clients’ file and we reserve the right to ask for all future appointments to be paid in full and in advance.

• We respect our time as well as others so we have implemented these policies in order to make it efficient for all involved and to better serve the needs of all our patients.

Clinic Visit Policy

For the safety of your pet and others, we ask all dogs to be leashed and cats to be in carriers while in public areas of the clinic and parking areas. If you do not have a leash or carrier, please call us upon arrival and we will be happy to lend you one.

We love your pets and are excited to have them visit us. We understand that not all pets are as excited to visit the clinic. We will do our very best to ensure a calm and caring environment for all pets. As a team we have practiced many fear free techniques to keep your pet comfortable and everyone safe. This may include pre visit medications to help your furry friend relax. If you think your pet could benefit from this option, please speak to our team.

Payment for all services and products are expected at the time of service. There may be times when a deposit is required. We accept the following forms of payment:
